For the perfect evaluation we use and go beyond, approaches from the Reflecting on Peace Practice (RPP) and Peace and Conflict Assessment (PCA) and comply with all relevant international evaluation standards .

Our topics range from gender strategies and analyses, to the development of creative ideas for working with refugees and sustainable CSR and diversity concepts. 


Science is our passion - and our research is young, curious, critical and innovative! We conduct research for international cooperation in areas such as civil peace service, partnership and power relations. We also bring methodical expertise to the table: participant observation, focus groups, qualitative standardised and non-standardised interviews and questionnaires.
